Hub Clubs
In order to provide an introduction to the opportunities available in disability swimming, the ASA have several
Hub Clubs.
Hub Clubs provide an opportunity to individually assess disabled swimmers who do not already have a club
affiliation and working with the local Disability Liaison Officer, signpost them towards the appropriate support,
such as a local club, multi-sport participation, learn-to-swim or talent programme.

WESPORT Hub Club
In the WESPORT region, we offer an on-going opportunity for assessment at our regular sessions at
Tockington Manor School, whilst the squad are doing land-based activity.
The assessment involves a short session in the pool to demonstrate various
strokes and swimming at different paces, with variation depending on level of disability.
New swimmers are welcome to attend any of the regular Tockington sessions at 10am
(refer to the timetable for dates).
